Will you restock Archive items?
No, once they're gone, they're gone. However, if they don't sell out, they might be released in a future Archive sale.
When is this live until?
October 21. We'll run more Archive sales during the year, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Do Archive orders ship like normal?
Yes, everything will be shipped out as normal.
How can my friends get access?
They can join Loop Circle and get access via the Loop Archive page.
What about warranty?
We’ve got you covered. If something goes wrong with your earplugs and your claim is approved, we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Repair your Loops with new or carefully tested parts.
- Replace them with the same model (or a similar one, with your approval).
- Refund you the purchase price.
Can I make a return?
