    Action: Be aware that hearing your own voice or internal sounds louder is normal and indicates a good seal. This sensation should become more natural over time.​

Return Policy & Information​

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy is here to take care of you:​

  • Eligibility window: Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. ​
  • Refund process: Opt for the refund option during the return process. Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, are processed within 3-5 business days after the return reaches our warehouse. ​
  • Exception: Returns will not be accepted if the products were made especially for you, based on your specific choices or instructions, or if they were clearly customised to your personal needs. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and ear tips.

Initiating the Return Process​

  • Visit our Returns Portal: Click here to access our Return Portal. ​
  • Follow the guided prompts: Complete your return effortlessly with our step-by-step process. ​
  • Secure packaging: Safely pack your return items, attach the provided label, and follow the displayed instructions in the portal. ​
  • Individual returns: Combining multiple different orders isn't possible; each one requires a dedicated return. ​
  • Drop-off convenience: Visit your local drop off point (you can find this in the return portal), ensuring the return is scanned upon receipt. Don't forget to get a receipt for your records. ​
  • Swift processing: Returns typically take 3-6 business days for processing upon reaching our warehouse. Damaged or faulty returns may require up to 10 business days. 

Refund Information​

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If you've returned your items for a refund and it's not showing up, check your original purchase date. If you should already have your refund, just reach out to us. ​​

Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 

Refunds, Store Credit, Handling Faulty Items, and Exchanges

  • Store credit: Issued as a store credit, delivered to the email used for the order. Read more here.​
  • Faulty items: Report damage or faults within the warranty period, providing a description and photo via our warranty portal. ​
  • Exchange process: Facilitated via the "Shop Now" feature on our website through our return portal. ​
  • Expedited shipping: Unfortunately this isn't available for exchanges. ​
  • Discounts: Original discounts apply to exchanges, but new codes can't be applied. 

Instant Exchanges

To speed up the process, consider "Instant Exchanges." In this case, a temporary authorization is placed on your credit card. If the return isn't sent within 14 days, the full amount is charged. ​

Gift Returns and Exchanges

Should you receive your order as a gift, our Gift Returns Portal ensures a seamless process without inconveniencing the giver. Access it with your email and shipping address. ​

Exchanges in Different Models and Colors

Exchange your Loop Earplugs for a different size or color effortlessly through our Returns Portal. Limited Edition colors may have certain restrictions, so please review the available options. ​

Final Sale

Items marked as 'Final Sale' aren't eligible for return. Exchanges for the same style/color may be possible, subject to availability. Additionally, customized items aren't returnable. ​
