My Loop Dream experience

"I have slept with my Dreams in every night since I got them. At the beginning i had some issues with adjusting the ear tip size, so that the fit would be most comfortable as well as most attenuating. I settled on a different ear tip size in each ear (as well as, different ear tip type, at times). Do they block out all noise? No, nor would any non-electronic earplug ever be able to. What they do offer is a general muffle that - to me - is akin to that state right before falling asleep, when you can technically hear everything, but not quite. Some things of note: 1. If you're a side sleeper, these may be a bit uncomfortable to you, especially if you have a unnique ear canal shape and/or differently sized canals in regards to each other. 2. These offer noise ATTENUATION not cancellation, so if you're looking for complete blockage of sound, this isn't it. 3. The case is a bit flimsy (which may be remnant trouma from my switch 2 case failing - though that was resolved by Loop's amazing customer support team), so carrying them around for hotels and trips can be risky. Just make sure that you have a safe space for them, if that's your thing."

Ideal for my use case

"I live on a busy street in a very touristy area. In summer, the traffic noise goes on all night long. I wear the Loop Dream every night, and my sleep quality has improved a lot. Regular traffic completely disappears, and even loud motorcycles are much more bearable. With the window open, the earplugs don't block everything, but they still make a huge difference."

More hygienic but questionable size

"I bought double silicon tips for my Dream to try after a year using the sponge ones. They feel more hygienic because they are easier to clean (it is impossible to completely wash the sponge). But I doubt about the size – I used M size and I bought silicon ones M size too, but they feel smaller. Now I'm thinking that I have to order L size due to that."

Plugs are good, but the case is lacking

"I really like the actual ear plugs, but I wish the case was like my other loops, where the ear plugs are actually held in place when not in use. Instead, this case is just an open container, and I've dropped and had to search for the plugs multiple times when I was trying to get them out. Very frustrating when I'm getting ready for bed."

Good but expected better

"They have a good fit for side sleeping, but I still have to take them off in the middle of the night (I haven’t tried sizing down the foam tips). Given their price, I expected hearing less noise from the street, but the under water effect is good enough to be able to fall a sleep fast."

"Best sleep I’ve ever had with these in! Only downside is the earpiece isn’t quite small enough. Maybe another size down for the earpiece bit would’ve been amazing for me. Other than that no complaints at all! Love the colour aswell, wish there was a pink option 😉"

"Products exactly as advertised! Quiet is just amazing! Still working on dream… Better of all: their after sales service! My package was not delivered as expected due to my local post services and Loop immediately offered to send a new package or refund me, no questions asked! I did not request a refund or a new package. Talked to my local post and resolved the problem, but I highly appreciated them (Loop) offering so promptly! 5 stars from me!!!"

Sleeping now!

"I love my Loop Dream earplugs! My spouse has a fish tank in our room and it is always in need of a top off of water so it always makes this gurgling sound. And now that it's summer the fan comes back out and a wonderful womping sound comes with it! The Loop Dream earplugs block both enough to where I can sleep and still be able to hear my alarm in the morning! 💜💜💜"

Better than the normal ones for me

"The softness is definetly what i was looking for because the normal ones tend to hurt after a while. The noise cancellation is great, i know its impossible to hear nothing but it cancels out great the bachground noice from inside and outside! I dont only use these for sleeping in my dorm but also for studying!"
