Loop Monthly Quiz Contest

Terms & Conditions (“Rules”)

Organizer: The monthly quiz contest (the “Contest") is operated by Loop BV, headquartered at Posthofbrug 6-8 bus 5/148, 2600 Berchem, Belgium (company number: BE 0665.977.551) (“Loop”, “Us”, “Our” and “We”).
Rules: The following Rules apply to the Contest and are in addition to the terms and conditions contained in Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please read these Rules carefully. By participating in the Contest, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (the “Entrant" or “You”) agree to these Rules. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and accept Loop’s decisions as final and binding. Any questions, comments or issues related to the Contest should be directed to Loop.
Entry Period: The Contest begins on May 1, 2025, at 12:00AM CEST and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59PM CEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Prize: Every month of the Contest (May and June 2025), three (3) winners (the "Winner(s)") will each receive one (1) pair of Loop earplugs as indicated on their wishlist (the “Prize(s)”), excluding products from the McLaren and Coachella collections. If a wishlist item falls under these exclusions, an alternative from the wishlist will be selected or a comparable Loop product will be provided. The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions except at our discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be offered.
Eligibility: The Contest is open only to those who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the entry date and are residents of a country where Loop products are sold and shipped, subject to local laws. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Loop, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Entries must meet all Rules to be eligible for a Prize. Loop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Entrant.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, you must first complete the form accessible via the link in the email invitation, including the following questions: (i) your main reason for considering Loop, (ii) which Loop earplugs are on your wishlist, (iii) your favorite color, and (iv) what has stopped you from purchasing. At the end of the form, You must also answer the following question: “What would be the most fitting and creative partnership for Loop in 2026?” (the “Entry”). You must submit a valid email address and complete all required fields. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Loop. Multiple entries or attempts to enter through multiple email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Winner Selection: The Winners are selected based on correct registration, the full and correct completion of the questions in the form, the Entry, and (if applicable) a tiebreaker question: If you could dream up a cool partnership or collab for Loop, who would it be with?(and why?). A jury of three (3) people from Loop’s Customer Relations Management team (the “Jury”) will evaluate each Entry based on the originality and brand alignment of the answer to Loop’s aforementioned question. Each Entry will receive a score from 1 to 10, and the Winners will be selected based on the highest scores. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Winner Notification: The Winners will be notified by e-mail on June 30, 2025. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) calendar days from the time Our notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Loop shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Any violation of these Rules by the Winner will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.
Modification of Rules: Loop reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Loop’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such cases, Loop may select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Loop.
Disqualification: Loop reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Rules. Loop has the right to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the permitted number of Entries; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website of Loop or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shipment Prize: The Prizes will be shipped on July 15, 2025. Receipt of the Prize offered in the Contest by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Contest, You agree to release and hold harmless Loop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. Loop will not be liable for any damages or losses as a result of failure by Us to deliver the Prize due to any circumstances outside of Our direct and reasonable control including, but not limited to, server failure, acts of God, war or terrorism, breaches of security, or unauthorized use of personal data arising from hacking.
Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of Belgium, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. However, this choice of governing law does not deprive Entrants of any mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Belgium, unless required otherwise by the laws of the Entrant's country of residence. Participants waive the right to claim any damages beyond out-of-pocket expenses.
Winner Announcement: To request a copy of the winner announcement, please contact Us. Requests must be sent within two (2) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms where it may be shared. You understand that You are providing your information to Loop and not to social networks.
By submitting Your personal details, You agree to Loop processing those details for the purpose of the Contest and in accordance with Loop’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.loopearplugs.com/policies/privacy-policy. By providing your explicit consent, you agree to receive additional product announcements, promotions, and updates regarding Loop. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time, free of charge. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.
Loop reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the Contest in any jurisdiction if it is forced to do so due to illegality or invalidity of the Contest or due to binding self-regulatory rules, without any right of compensation towards the Contest participants. This Contest is void where prohibited by law or where registration or bonding is required.
